About App
Zaman Cloud Mobile is a WebView wrapper that loads content from https://portal.zamancloud.com. This mobile app acts as a container for the web portal and does not store user account credentials or files locally except when the user explicitly uploads them via the app.
2. What data we access
Location (precise): Used only when the user accepts the location permission and only to provide location-based features inside the portal (attendance, geofencing, location stamping). Location is not collected unless the user grants permission and the web portal requests it.
Camera: Used only when the user explicitly chooses to capture a photo for upload within the portal (attendance proof, profile photo). The app does not capture images without user action.
Media / Gallery: Used only when the user selects images/documents to upload into the portal.
Internet & network state: Required to load the web portal content.
3. How data is transmitted
Data uploaded through the app (location, photos) is transmitted to portal.zamancloud.com over HTTPS and is encrypted in transit. We do not sell or share your personal data to third parties.
4. Data storage & retention
The app does not permanently store user data on the device. Uploaded files are transmitted to portal servers; retention and deletion policies for uploaded data are controlled by the portal. To request deletion of account data, contact the portal administrator.
5. Permissions
The app requests Location permission when a web page requests geolocation.
The app requests Camera permission only when the user wants to capture a photo for upload.
The app requests Media / Storage permission only when the user wants to choose a file from the gallery.
6. WebView & third-party content
The app displays web content from portal.zamancloud.com. That website may collect and process data as described on its site. If the portal uses third-party services (analytics, ads), those services have their own policies.
